The Fusion Energy Tech Successfully Convened Annual Summary Meeting and Inauguration Ceremony

On the morning of January 9, the company's Annual Summary Meeting and Inauguration Ceremony were held. Attendees included Li Jiangang, CAE Academician, Song Yuntao, Director of Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ASIPP), Yan Jianwen, Chairman of Fusion Energy Tech, and Hu Haomin, Vice President of the Institute of Energy, Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center. Members of the company's leadership team and all employees attended the event. The meeting was presided over by Liu Zhihong, Vice General Manager of the company.
Chairman Yan Jianwen put forward three key requirements for project construction and the company's development. First, we should prioritize key tasks, decompose objectives effectively, formulate target responsibility documents, and ensure accountability for each individual. Second, we should promote the entrepreneurial culture of a startup, emphasizing dedication and hard work. Third, all offices and departments should unite with one heart and one mind, channeling efforts in the same direction, and forging ahead with unwavering determination. Yan Jianwen emphasized that in 2025, the company will converge innovative wisdom from all parties, pool strengths from diverse entities, and gather strong momentum for development, with the goal of building an outstanding engineering workforce and making every employee a proud "Fusion Energy member".
Huang Suzhen presented the company-wide 2025 annual plan. The presentation stated that in 2024, the company pursued progress while ensuring stability, promoted stability through advancement, and established new initiatives before phasing out old ones. Over the past year, the company has kept its mission firmly in mind, aligned with national strategic needs, and worked in a tripartite collaboration with the ASIPP and the Institute of Energy. It has achieved a number of visible breakthroughs in the BEST campus project and main construction works, and made new progress in innovation capacity building, including increased capital and expanded equity, workforce development, and organizational restructuring. In 2025, the company will anchor itself to one overarching goal, closely focus on two key priorities, and accelerate three major developments. It will take proactive measures and implement deployments in areas such as engineering design, technological innovation, industrial development, workforce development, and brand building. The company will empower management innovation with "craftsmanship and collaboration" and forge the soul of technological innovation with "the courage to excel". It will remain true to its original aspirations, clarify objectives, seize opportunities, address shortcomings, and strive forward toward leapfrog development. Subsequently, heads of each department presented their respective annual targets.
