Fusion Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fusion Energy Tech" or FET), established in May 2023, is one of the key entities driving the commercialization of nuclear fusion energy in China.
The company is dedicated to the commercial application of fusion energy and related technology R&D, comprehensively integrating capital, technology, talent, and other innovation elements to advance the commercialization of fusion energy. We are now fully opening postdoctoral recruitment.
I. Recruitment Requirements
1.Abide by laws and regulations, possess good political integrity and ethical conduct, with no misconduct records;
2.Exhibit excellent character and academic performance, physical and mental health, and a passion for scientific research;
3.Have obtained a Ph.D. degree and diploma within the last three years; fresh Ph.D. graduates are preferred;
4.Generally under 35 years of age; may be extended to 40 for candidates with outstanding research achievements;
5.Demonstrate strong research capabilities and a dedicated work ethic, with the ability to fulfill postdoctoral research duties diligently;
6.Meet any additional requirements set by collaborating supervisors for postdoctoral fellows.
II. Research Directions:
Plasma Physics, Magnetic Confinement Fusion Engineering, Advanced Nuclear Energy Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Thermal Engineering, and Vacuum Technology, etc.
III. Support Measures:
1.Remuneration Package:
(1)Base annual salary starting from 300,000 CNY (pre-tax).
(2)Support for applying for provincial and municipal subsidies (subject to policy changes), fully disbursed to the individual.
2.Research Support: Provide high-quality experimental conditions and resources to facilitate participation in academic exchanges and collaborations.
3.Benefits and Security:
(1)Monthly housing subsidy of 2,000 CNY.
(2)Assistance in arranging admission for children to high-quality primary and secondary schools.
4.Career Prospects: Outstanding performers will be prioritized for retention within the company.
